Add an appropriate amount of shampoo to the hair and massage into the scalp and lengths. Rinse with water and repeat as needed. We recommend washing your hair with shampoo twice for the best possible results. Then apply an appropriate amount of conditioner to wet, freshly washed hair. Let it sit for 1-2 min. (or up to 20 min. if you want extra care). Then rinse your hair thoroughly. Repeat as needed.
